No data is stored on our website. All transaction data is stored on the booking servers. The data you provided when booking a service will be stored as long as the contract with the partner (where you book your boat) is running.  

What rights you have in relation to your data

You may request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You may also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include data that we need to keep for administrative, legal or security reasons.

All data is sent to our booking partner MMK SYSTEMS Limited, located in Zagreb, Croatia.

Website Analytics

Our web servers are located in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. None of your data leaves the EU. Thus, we comply 100% with the valid DSGVO.
